Hardwick Hall, Hardwick Park, Nr Chesterfield
Two magnificent halls and a newly opened Stone Centre offering plenty to see inside and outside. The old hall is just a shell but still well worth a visit, take the headphone guided tour in the old hall and the escorted tour in the new hall.
Location: Situated 5 minutes from junction 29 of the M1, take the A6175 then first left following signs to house.

Garden 23 Mar - 30 Oct 11am to 5.30pm Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat & Sun

Hardwick Inn, Hardwick Park, Nr Chesterfield
Excellent bar meals and carvery Restaurant.
For traditional well cook food piled high and a very good choice of drinks try the Hardwick Inn.
Bar meals Mon - Sat 11.30am to 9.30pm, Sun 12 noon to 9.00pm.
Carvery Restaurant Tue - Sun 12 noon to 1-45pm, evenings Tue - Sat 7pm to 9pm. Book to avoid disappointment.
